The juice is crystal clear, transparent and shows golden colour of pale to medium intensity. It is quite intense in the nose very fruity reminiscent of cooked pears, dried apples, honey. No sugar is added but is still sweet with natural acidities from the grapes which are bringing positive and lively reactions on the palate. Nicely balanced. The aroma and taste are lingering for a long time after we finish the sip. Light and very drinkable, delicious.

Grapes of Welschriesling variety were picked while perfectly healthy. Picking time is very close to the timing for the sparkling wine – i.e. few weeks before a regular harvest. Sugar/acidity levels are in perfect balance at that time. Freshly picked grapes were crushed, only free run juice and juice from gentle first pressing was collected. Before the juice started fermenting it was pasteurized for a very short time to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
