This rosé shows medium deep orange colour with a hint of amber. Mid intense on the nose, bit closed with gentle fruit character.

Dry on the palate with good, balancing acidity. With medium finish.

It can be well served as an aperitif or with most of the cold dishes. It will serve you more than well as a wine of the moment, enjoyed in good company, on the summer terrace, beach, or ski-resort. Any-time, anywhere.

2022 winter was mild, with almost no snow. February and March were cold to postpone bud burst. Spring was warm with enough rain, flowering started on 1^st of June and finished slowly, with no issues. Summer was hot and grape ripening was accelerated. At the end of August, it cooled down slightly. Harvest started early in September and took place fast, without problems. Quantity was high and grapes were of excellent quality, similar to vintage 2021.

Rosé 2021 wishes to be drunk when young, while still possessing vibrancy, freshness, and youthful primary aroma, but can be matured for another year or two Drink from 2024 to 2026.
