It can be well served as an aper­itif or with most of the cold dishes. It will serve you more than well as a wine of the mo­ment, en­joyed in good com­pany, on the sum­mer ter­race, beach, or ski-​resort. Any-​time, any­where.

2022 winter was mild, with al­most no snow. Feb­ru­ary and March were cold to post­pone bud burst. Spring was warm with enough rain, flower­ing star­ted on 1^st of June and fin­ished slowly, with no is­sues. Sum­mer was hot and grape ripen­ing was ac­cel­er­ated. At the end of Au­gust, it cooled down slightly. Har­vest star­ted early in Septem­ber and took place fast, without prob­lems. Quant­ity was high and grapes were of ex­cel­lent qual­ity, sim­ilar to vin­tage 2021.

Rosé 2021 wishes to be drunk when young, while still pos­sess­ing vi­brancy, fresh­ness, and youth­ful primary aroma, but can be ma­tured for an­other year or two Drink from 2024 to 2026.
