The colour medium deep, golden. It is intense and very fine on the nose. The notes of very ripe sauvignon blanc are not in the classic vegetal and green direction but are reminiscent of ripe pears, some gooseberry, honey, smoke, dried figs. Not a very classic sauvignon blanc nose, but an experienced wine lover will detect the variety with ease.

It is dry, full bodied with huge intensity. It fills up the mouth where it persists, over the minute… Intense, full bodied Sauvignon. Blanc, which still offers rather elegant experience

It is a top-class sauvignon, with lots of regional character.

Main courses with white meat and spicy sauces.

Though there were some periods of hot weather during the growing seasons, where we started to fear that some over ripeness and lack of acidities might be an issue, vintage 2015 turns to be an exceptional one. Wines are having lot of power, intensity while possessing aromatic complexity and very good ageing potential.

36 months in small 600L French oak barrels. Matured on fine lees.

Already mature, but far from the peak. Due to its high acidity longevity is almost guaranteed. Drink from 2021-2029.
